My name is Betsy Lucko and I am the Leadership and Resilency Facilitator for the 2023-2024 school year! This year I will be working with small groups to help build leadership skills and to enhance resilience in youth through culturally relevant approaches. For the past ten years, I have taught Grades 1 & 2 at Weledeh. I am originally from Delhi, Ontario and moved to Yellowknife 13 years ago. I have two children, Jack and Jean and a wonderful partner named Luke! We love to hike, bike and in the winter snowmobile.
